Map Reference

JeffreyM has created an exceptional map of Algonquin Park and makes it freely available along with other historical maps on his web site.

Jeffrey has provided me with slices of his map and I have created Google Earth Layers (KMZ files) for inserting into Google Earth. These files are free to download from this site.

Algopedia

A sometime project of mine that is an attempt to utilize the Google Maps API to present details on portages, camp sites and other features of interest in Algonquin Park. This is something that came about because of the efforts of another group of people at one of my favorite web sites, Algonquin Adventures. Be sure to visit the Forum there if you are interested in camping in Algonquin.

Trip Logs

It seems to be common for trippers to Algonquin to record the events of their visits. In the spirit of giving back I have started doing the same thing. With only one or two trips a year this section will grow slowly.
